21 March 1988 A new plant was constructed at Khonkaen in the name of Kaen Charoen Company Limited with a registered capital of 10,000,000 Baht in an area totaling 200 rai. In 1991, the production capacity was expanded to 2 production lines. Currently, the registered capital is at 200,000,000 Baht with a production capacity of 500 tons/day in an area of 600 rai. In 1998, the company filed an application to be ISO 9002 certified and received this certification in 1999.
